Sync Frequency Options

By default, KlavX checks your Lightspeed Retail X account for new sales and customers every 15 minutes.

Sync Options:

• Standard Plan: Every 15 minutes (default)

• High-Frequency Sync (Coming Soon): Real-time or every 5 minutes

• Manual Sync: Available in the Dashboard if you need an immediate refresh

How Syncing Works:

1. We pull new sales and customer data from Lightspeed.

2. We check for duplicates.

3. We send new events to Klaviyo.

4. You can view sync status and logs on your dashboard.
