Creating Your Account & Dashboard Tour

KlavX is built to be simple. You can be up and running in minutes. Here’s how to create your account, log in, and navigate the dashboard.

🧾 Step 1: Sign Up

1. Go to https://www.klavx.com.au

2. Click Get Started

3. Fill in your name, email, and business details

4. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your login credentials

🔐 Step 2: Log In

1. Head to https://app.klavx.com.au/login

2. Enter your email and password

3. You’ll land on your KlavX Dashboard

Here’s what you’ll find inside the app:

📊 Dashboard

• See your most recent sync activity

• Monitor success/failure of synced events

• Quick stats: Total profiles synced, total POS orders sent

🔌 Integrations

• Connect or manage your Lightspeed Retail X and Klaviyo accounts

• See connection status and re-auth options

• Force a sync if needed

📦 Sync History

• A timeline of every sync

• Filters for success, errors, warnings

• View full payload data if troubleshooting

🧪 Test Mode

• Try syncing with a limited set of data (up to 10 profiles)

• Great for first-time users or staging environments

👤 Account Settings

• Update your business info, email, or password

• Manage billing and subscription plan

• Invite team members (coming soon)

🚀 First-Time Setup Tips

• Start in Test Mode before going live

• Make a test purchase in your POS to verify sync

• Check your Klaviyo account to confirm events and customer data are flowing
