Filtering and Excluding Sales

KlavX automatically filters out irrelevant or unhelpful data so your Klaviyo account stays clean and accurate.

KlavX automatically filters out irrelevant or unhelpful data so your Klaviyo account stays clean and accurate.

What’s Excluded:

  • Sales from ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
    → KlavX is designed for Lightspeed in-store POS data only.

  • Voided/refunded orders
    → These are skipped to avoid triggering flows unnecessarily.

  • Customers without marketing consent
    → If a customer has opted out of emails in Lightspeed, KlavX will not sync them.

  • Test orders or training mode data
    → These are detected and excluded automatically.
