Filtering and Excluding Sales

KlavX automatically filters out irrelevant or unhelpful data so your Klaviyo account stays clean and accurate.

What’s Excluded:

• ❌ Sales from ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
  → KlavX is designed for Lightspeed in-store POS data only.

• ❌ Voided/refunded orders
  → These are skipped to avoid triggering flows unnecessarily.

• ❌ Customers without marketing consent
  → If a customer has opted out of emails in Lightspeed, KlavX will not sync them.

• ❌ Test orders or training mode data
  → These are detected and excluded automatically.
