Where to Find It:
Go to your KlavX Dashboard → Sync History
See:
Last sync timestamp
Number of records synced
Any errors, warnings, or retries
View raw data payloads (for developers)
What We Monitor:
Lightspeed API failures
Klaviyo API rate limits or errors
Invalid email addresses
Missing consent
Duplicate or malformed data
What Happens on Error?
KlavX logs the issue
Retries the sync automatically (up to 3 times)
Alerts you if the problem persists
