Error Monitoring & Logs

We’ve built KlavX to be transparent. You can view sync health and errors directly from your dashboard.

We’ve built KlavX to be transparent. You can view sync health and errors directly from your dashboard.

Where to Find It:

  • Go to your KlavX Dashboard → Sync History

  • See:

    • Last sync timestamp

    • Number of records synced

    • Any errors, warnings, or retries

    • View raw data payloads (for developers)

What We Monitor:

  • Lightspeed API failures

  • Klaviyo API rate limits or errors

  • Invalid email addresses

  • Missing consent

  • Duplicate or malformed data

What Happens on Error?

  • KlavX logs the issue

  • Retries the sync automatically (up to 3 times)

  • Alerts you if the problem persists
