KlavX sits between your POS (Lightspeed Retail X) and your email marketing platform (Klaviyo), automatically syncing customer and sales data so you can market smarter — without lifting a finger.

✅ What Data is Synced?

Customer Profiles:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone (if available)

  • Marketing consent (respects "Do Not Email" flags)

  • First seen date (POS or online)

Sales Data:

  • Product name

  • Category

  • Brand

  • Price

  • Order ID

  • Purchase timestamp

  • Store location (if available)

Event Tracking in Klaviyo:

  • Placed Order (POS) — triggered for every in-store purchase

  • Linked to customer profiles so you can trigger flows or segment

🔁 How Often Does Data Sync?

  • By default, KlavX syncs every 15 minutes

  • Real-time sync is coming soon

  • Manual sync is also available inside the dashboard

🧠 Smart Sync Logic

KlavX prevents data duplication and keeps your systems clean.

Customer matching:

  • If a matching email exists in Klaviyo, we update the profile

  • If not, we create a new one — but only if consent is present

Order checking:

  • We check for matching order IDs before sending a new event

  • No duplicates, no spammy flows

🚫 Data We Don’t Sync

To keep things clean and compliant, KlavX does not sync:

  • Sales from other ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)

  • Customers who haven’t consented to receive marketing

  • Test orders or voided sales

🎯 Why This Matters

By syncing your in-store data to Klaviyo, you can:

  • Automate follow-up emails for in-store purchases

  • Remind people to rebook, restock, or repurchase

  • Recover lost revenue with timely flows

  • Combine online + offline behaviour for powerful segmentation

Example: “Send a restock reminder to anyone who bought a snowboard in-store in the last 60 days.”
